I believe good food is for everyone and part of our shared humanity. Why are some of the most nourishing foods in the world still the hardest to access? Why has food become so complicated and too often driven only by profit?
After more than a decade working with cassava, one of West Africa's most important crops, I kept seeing the same gap. The land produces. Farmers work hard. Yet consumers still have limited access to good options, and too little value returns to the communities doing the work. Kabod was built to help close that gap.
We process staple ingredients, build consumer brands, and commit 90% of our profits to the Kabod Foundation.
Our promise is simple: to be honest about what we offer and to do our best to provide good food choices to everyone.
